Activva offers wellness devices, massage tools, beauty tech, and premium skincare designed to deliver professional-grade results from the comfort of your home — from muscle recovery to radiant skin.

  1. Who Can Shop with Us

Our site is open to everyone. However, we recommend that users under 18 obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you have this consent.

  1. Account Creation

You may create an account to access features like order tracking, wishlist, and product reviews. You’re responsible for keeping your login information secure and for any activity that happens under your account.

  1. User-Generated Content (UGC)

When you submit content (reviews, testimonials, photos):

  • You give us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, share, and publish your content.
  • You confirm it’s original, lawful, and doesn’t infringe on others’ rights.
  • We may remove content that we find misleading, offensive, or inappropriate.
  1. Product Information

We aim to keep all product descriptions and prices accurate and up to date. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time without notice.

  1. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed once payment is successfully received. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

*Free shipping within Singapore for orders of S$30 or more.

  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days

Shipping times may vary during promotions or holidays. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

8. Order Cancellation Due to Incorrect Country Selection or Address

If an order is placed using an incorrect shipping address or due to incorrect country selection, including selecting a country that we do not ship to, and the order has not yet been shipped, we will process a refund after deducting all non-refundable payment processing and platform fees.

Please note that these fees are charged by third-party payment providers and are not recoverable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping country and address are selected at checkout.

9. Returns & Exchanges

*We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Skincare and opened beauty devices (e.g., Aura Comb, Ageless Pro Face Lifting Device) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.
  • To start a return, email enquiry@myactivva.com with your order number.
  • Refunds (excluding shipping fees) will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Free gifts and samples are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • For incorrect items, please contact us with your order number and a photo — we’ll assess and may offer a replacement.

10. Warranty

We stand by the quality of our devices.

  • Massage guns and electronic beauty tools come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Warranty cards are not included in the packaging. Purchases made through our official website or authorized Activva stores are automatically registered — no additional action is required.
  • For warranty assistance, please contact us at enquiry@myactivva.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes

  • Promo codes are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined unless stated.
  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied.
  • We may modify or cancel promotions at any time.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our site — including logos, product designs, images, and text — belongs to Activva or its partners. Please do not reproduce or use any content without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

Activva is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Please follow usage guidelines and note that individual results may vary.

14. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. When you shop or create an account, we collect basic personal information like your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. We use this information to:

  • Process your orders
  • Send order confirmations and updates
  • Share promotional content (only if you opt in)
